About Us

Born in Tacoma, I am a native Washingtonian, glad to make my permanent home here in the Pacific Northwest. Before returning to PNW, I lived in Oklahoma, Hawaii, and California, and briefly on the Reservation in South Dakota while attending Native American Sundances. I have visited nearly all states in the US and I had multiple opportunities to travel abroad, including Canada, Central America, the Middle East, and several countries in Europe. The range of cultures, languages, practices, experiences, traditions, beliefs, and (hi)stories as lived by people across the globe I encountered, gave rise to my interest in consciousness studies, history of civilizations and archeology, and transformative practices.

After a successful career in tech industry as a system engineer and as my own awareness and understanding of the universe and consciousness expanded through deep  practice of Tibetan Buddhism as well as study of science and other philosophical and wisdom traditions, I transitioned to the field of education and teaching. My focus as a teacher and educator has been on holistic and alternative methods of pedagogy and teaching, incorporating science, technology, and creative/meditative traditions and practices to support a full psycho-social, emotional, and cognitive/intellectual development of the students in order to afford them a comprehensive understanding of themselves and their inner life as well as of their outer world and the systems around them.

Hypnotherapy is a natural outgrowth of my personal and professional journey, allowing me to now offer support and care through a well-established and effective practice, shown to alleviate a range of physical and psychospiritual needs and issues.

I am a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist trained to address a range of difficulties and needs. I am also a certified Medical Support Clinical Hypnotherapist and I work to support clients with their healing and recovery as an adjunct to their medical healthcare teams. My passion is analytical hypnotherapy, including regression for Natal, Inter-Life, and Past Life explorations.
